Tiden går litt ifra meg i disse dager. Og særlig når leddgikten er litt plagsom. Men det er sånn det er. Jeg har hatt den første terapiridetimen igjen etter ferien og det er så gøy! Endelig har jeg funnet en behandlingsform som virkelig er til hjelp og glede for meg. Det å være med hestene gir meg så mye positiv energi.
Og jeg har fått laget årets første julekort:)
The time is running fast these days. And especially when my arthritis is giving me problems. But that's the way it is. I've had the first therapy riding lesson after the holliday and it's so fun! Finally I've found a treatment that is helping me and gives me so much joy. Being with horses gives me alot of positiv energy.
And I've made this years first Christmas card:)
