Jeg har alltid vært veldig glad i hester også:) Og har holdt på med hest i mange år. Det ble dårligere tid til hest etter at jeg ble mamma og jeg levde uten hest noen år. Så fikk jeg leddgikt og kroppen ble litt vanskeligere å ha med å gjøre. Men idag har jeg hatt min andre terapi ridetime! Jeg fant ut at den beste behandlingen for meg er jo faktisk hesten:) Og det er så gøy! Jeg var litt spent på forhånd men så fort jeg fikk plass i salen følte jeg meg så komfortabel og hjemme. Og selv om det er lenge siden jeg har ridd så er alt fortsatt på plass. Det er bare så gøy, og jeg nyter hvert minutt:)
På bildene ser dere min første hest og hunden jeg hadde på den tiden. Dette er fra 1985/86 så man skjønner jo at man er blitt voksen:)
I've always loved horses:) And they have been a part of my life for many many years. But after i got my children I didn't have enough time for the horses. And then i got my arthritis and I had to deal with that. But today I've had my second therapy riding lesson! I found out that the best treatment for me are horses:)
I was a little exited before I started but when I got back in the saddle I felt so comfortable and home. And even if it's a long time since I've been riding I still remember how to. It's so fun and I'm enjoying every minute:)
My first horse and my dog at that time are on these pictures. Taken back in 1985/86, I guess I've become a little older:)
